LocaTR
LocaTR can be accessed via REProTool on the main navigation bar.
Agency Admins, Agency Users, and Realtors will have access to LocaTR.
As you type the address in, a list of suggested addresses will display. You can select one of these or manually enter the address. If a property is found, a mark will be placed on the mini map on the right hand side of the page.
When you select a property, the Assessor data for the property will display.
Each section on the right side of the page can be expanded to display more in-depth detail about the property.
You can click Export to Net Sheet to add the address and other property info to a new Net Sheet.
If an address is not found by our provider, a result will still display without detailed information and just the address can be exported to a NetSheet.
