ResWare - ET Wizard Recording Integration - AZ

Follow the steps below in ResWare to complete the recording process with the ET Wizard
Documents Tab
- Attach recording package with the Document Type of Recording - Recording Document.
Recording Tab
- Click the Recording tab then click Add
- Select Other from the Document Type drop-down
- Enter Recording Package in the Description field then click Save
- Select the recording record then click Associate Doc/Note
- Confirm the Item Type is Document
- Select the recording package from the Item drop-down then click OK
Actions Tab
- Click the Actions tab
- Select the Prepare Title Transmittal / Recording Package action under the Recording divider then Mark Completed
- Select the Review Title Transmittal / Recording Package action then Mark Completed
- Click Don't Send in the email template
- Check Are you sending recording docs to ET Wizard? then click OK
- Select the Review Title Transmittal / Recording Package action then Mark Completed
- Select the ET Wizard - Send Recording Documents action then Mark Completed
- Verify that only the Recording Package is attached in the email template then click Send
- If a restriction pops-up, click Yes
- Verify that only the Recording Package is attached in the email template then click Send
Confirm your docs were sent successfully to the Wizard. Navigate to the XML tab. Verify the XML Note/Document sent: Document processed successfully is there. If not, click the refresh icon.
Navigate to the Actions tab and scroll to the Integrations section. There should be a Review Note from ESB Integration action. Double click the (1) to review the note.
Confirm the note displays Recording package has been sent to the Etwizard successfully.
- When the funds have been received, click the Actions tab, select Funds Received - Release Recording then Mark Completed
Recording Desk Process
- The Recording team accessed the ResWare file and confirms/reviews the returned results
- Data returned from the ET Wizard including status and recording information populated in the Notes tab
- Recorded documents populate in the Documents tab with the Document Type of Recording - Recorded Document
- Data returned from the ET Wizard including status and recording information populated in the Notes tab
- Click the Actions tab, select RECORDING CONFIRMED then Mark Completed
